FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative
Peter Conner, president of Yankee Aviation Services, is an
FAA Designated Airworthiness Representative who is qualified to perform the following
aircraft airworthiness certification functions to Part 23 ariplanes up to 19,000 pounds,
Part 25 airplanes (Lockheed L-188 and Cessna Citation 500 series) and Part 27 rotorcraft
up to 6,000 pounds:
- Issue recurrent Standard Airworthiness Certificates for U.S.
registered aircraft and certain non-U.S. manufactured aircraft
- Issue recurrent special airworthiness certificates for U.S.
restricted category aircraft
- Issue recurrent/original special airworthiness certificates
in the experimental category for exhibition or air racing
- Issue special airworthiness certificates for primary
category aircraft
- Issue special airworthiness certificates in the experimental
category for purposes of operating amateur built aircraft, market survey, research and
development, and crew training on U.S. registered aircraft
- Issue special flight permits for U.S. registered aircraft
- Issue recurrent export airworthiness approvals for Class I
and Class II products
- Issue replacements for lost, stole or mutilated standard or
special airworthiness certificates
DAR services may be arranged on a daily basis for
evaluating and appraising individual aircraft.
